WINDOW RESTORATION 101

Join Knox Heritage and Ken Bronson, owner of Bronson Construction Company on Tuesday, July 23rd at 5:30PM at Historic Westwood (3425 Kingston Pike) to learn cost-effective and easy ways to repair or restore historic windows.

Participants will learn about wood frame window anatomy, sash removal & installation, glass removal, epoxy repair, glazing putty application, rope and pulley repair and weather-stripping.

This event earns 1 AIA CU credit.

Admission is free, but space is limited. Kindly RSVP by Friday, July 19th!

AUGUST

SEVEN WONDERS OF ANCIENT KNOXVILLE

Join us at Historic Westwood (3425 Kingston Pike) on Wednesday, August 21st at 5:30PM as Knoxville History Project‘s Jack Neely takes us through the seven wonders of ancient Knoxville.

Jack will use photographs and other images to show the most impressive buildings that have vanished from our local landscape- what we know about them, and what happened to them.

Admission is free, but space is limited. Kindly RSVP by Friday, August 16th!
