This lecture highlights Sanders Pace Architecture, who led a design team of a thoughtful design approach to the restoration of the Eugenia Williams House. The presentation by Brandon Pace and Jared Eisenhower will explore how the team balanced the estate’s historic significance and architectural character with contemporary needs, ensuring the home remains true to its origins while functional for modern use. Attendees will gain insight into the research, decision making, and preservation strategies that guided the project, from conserving defining features to introducing sensitive upgrades that support the site’s renewed role as a community resource.
