Proceeds of artist print to benefit Knox Heritage

Artist Jim Reed lives and works in Knoxville. In 2008, he won the Dogwood Arts Festival's pastel art competition for Here Today, a drawing of the Victorian Houses on 11th Avenue in Knoxville's historic Fort Sanders neighborhood.
