Learn the Best Ways to Buy and Sell Historic Properties at Knoxville Heritage's Preservation Network
KNOXVILLE, Tenn.—On Saturday, January 13, at 10:00 a.m. Knox Heritage’s Preservation Network will focus on the ins and outs of buying and selling historic properties. The Preservation Network is held at the Time Warp Tea Room – 1209 N. Central Avenue in Old North Knoxville. The workshop is free and open to anyone interested in historic restoration and preservation.
Jennifer Montgomery will discuss how to prepare if you are planning to buy or sell a historic property. Montgomery works as an Affiliate Broker with Coldwell Banker Wallace & Wallace, REALTORS® and specializes in the historic real estate market. She holds a Master of Science in Planning and undergraduate degrees in Anthropology and Urban Studies from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville. She has been awarded the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS® Award of Excellence for 2004 and 2005 and the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS® Silver Award of Excellence for 2006.
Knox Heritage’s Preservation Network is held on the second Saturday of every month at 10:00 a.m. at the Time Warp Tea Room (1209 N. Central) in Historic Old North Knoxville. The event is always free and open to the public.
